We continuously investigate new ways to improve our supply chain. From new nature-friendly production practices driving productivity, quality, environmental sustainability to new quality systems and processes.

We currently offer 4000m² of citrus packing facility, 4000m² grape packing facility, and 120 pallet cold-room facility.

Soft Pro Scales used in the grape packing facility ensures punnets and cartons (or another specific packaging) are the correct weight.

A modern grape packhouse ensure that grapes are packed and cooled at the proper temperature to prolong good quality.

A 300m² de-greening facility ensures uniformly coloured fruit.

Online software, MyFarmWeb, is used as a platform for a database of soil analysis, pest monitoring, terrain contour mapping. Utilising the software ensures better recordkeeping, which enables a direct link to production managers and partners (including Agrictechnovation).

MyFarmWeb also assists with the spraying and fertiliser programs and the monitoring of pest control.

FarmTrack GPS System is used to keep track of tractors and spraying machines to control a more effective spraying program and calibrations of spraying machines.

DFM probes are used for the monitoring of soil moisture and water efficiency.

DFM Probe utilities program is used for communication with probes in the field and the management of irrigation.

Pastel Partner is used as the financial software for accurate record keeping.

A pallet tracking and logistics system, Paltrack, is used.

Palbroker is used as the exporting software. This is an export control management system on pallet movement, sales and reporting.

Farm Costing Solutions readers as a time management system of hours work as well as a weighting system to piecework.
